Man I recently watched girls and don’t get me wrong, good show, well written but man I literally watched every episode just for drivers character, dude CARRIED the show, I was wondering how he got offered Star Wars so quickly after not being that popular in mainstream cinema, and wow his character in that show just really gives you a wide look at how fucking good Adam driver is as an actor, marriage story is barely the tip of the iceberg for him, I feel like he’s prepped to be a top 3 actor of the 20s

I just finished it, and yes. I was immensely disappointed with the ending to his character, and almost gave up watching the final two episodes. Girls wasn't a bad show, but considering Adam was the only thing that convinced me to watch it and was absolutely the best part of the whole thing...I wasn't happy.

I only watched Girls for Adam😌 worth it! They put a lot of real traits into Adam Sackler that Adam Driver himself has... like biting his nails, acting, hating Halloween and hate seeing himself on screen and I feel like Adam Driver was pretty comfortable playing Adam Sackler and so... Adam Sackler is one of my favorite characters that he’s portrayed. Even if he is just a little bit messed up but he’s so adorable and weird and goofy and I just love it!!

Adam Sackler is the ONLY reason I bothered watching Girls. And while the show was way better than I thought it'd be, he still remains the best aspect of the series. He was such a weirdo and a bad person, but also not a bad person, and sweet, and unbearably cute. But god, his character conclusion was so disappointing. I hated his relationship with Jessa. It ruined his character for me.

This is exactly why I didn't consider Jessa " a boyfriend stealer." He was a humongous weirdo at the beginning. And he freakin' won me over when he ran that whole way to Hannah when she was having a breakdown. BUT she was a goddamn blackhole! I really liked that little period when he was with Jessa...for sure! I liked their dysfunctional relationship far better than the one he had with Hannah. I'm glad he was able to just move on and grow. He deserved it.

I saw the first 3 seasons before the big Kylo Ren role and I thought this show was useless and meaningless. Hannah was an awful person and if I knew Hannah in real life I would have been beat her up. HBO got rid of Big Love and True Blood and I just hated this show. Also the only person who had a bit of sense was Shoshana.
