It's common sense to downsize when you have less media personalities, less shows and less content. All of that equates to needing less support. No business owner is going to sit forever and bleed income. I've seen companies try to keep their employees for as long as they could when in a contract slump. Eventually, you need to make the choice; even if that means losing talent. Everything that adam said in this video, I described in my last video (on why he fired Riley). His overhead was insane and if you look at the data (which I manually tabulated into a spreadsheet) the only show that was realistically making money, was the Sharp Tank. In fact, Sharp Tank has just about an equal amount of views, then the other 4 shows Combined. I don't know what the cohost's got paid but it doesn't take a mathematician to figure out that 150,000 views per episode (on average), whilst paying four media personalities , a camera crew and backend support, doesn't put you in a position where you need to be business wise. Businesses need to make money guys. That's kinda what they do.
