@@traww9537 I had 8 and 10 egg omelets sometimes twice daily when I was in my late teens, great protein and very low-fat content. Never went above 200lb and I have a notoriously slow metabolism. TLDR: eggs won't make you fat unless you're lazy, in which case, anything will make you fat.
