Adam and Cale (if I don't mess up with names) are playing their guitars in the opposite ways: Adam on the video is playing his guitar left-handed and Cale is playing his guitar right-handed. So, whether this video is mirrored or not, one of them seems to play his guitar left-handed. Or is it just a part of the screen with just one of them that is mirrored? Is it even possible?..

The video is mirrored. Cale is playing left-handed, as he usually does. You can notice the only one right-handed SG guitar on the wall - which looks left-handed here - because they are Cale's guitars. You can easely find Cale's photos with that black LEFT-handed bass, the first one. Also you might check this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/qoeXmZp5bd6FnpY, which is obviously in the same room, and can tell it by Adam's tatoos, that the video is mirrored too.
