Idah was a panic buy , that’s why he cost £9m! The board are guilty of mucking that deal up!

Not defending the board but the main issue was that Idah was the player that Rodgers really wanted and Norwich were well aware of that, so it meant they could play hardball on the price. Idah did well here on loan, but I think once the price starts creeping up above 6-7 million, it's time to move on to different targets. It seems Brendan was set on him though.

Trusty is a bomb scare, every bit as bad as Scales at his worst. At Ross County he plays in their centre forward, then shits himself last night too! Border line, not good enough for Celtic. If a player is off it, it’s out of the team and a chance for somebody else.
