What a courageous man! Adam sacrificed his political standing in order to defend democracy. In my book, he is a presidential material. Though I'm a lifelong Democrat, I would consider voting for him should he return to the GOP and purge all those toxic Trumpers from his Grand Ol' Party someday. Bravo, Adam. There's been a couple good people from the GOP. I myself am a life long dem. But I could def see myself voting for kinzinger depending on exactly where he stood on policy. And there was the late senator john mccain, who won my respect when he ran against Obama, and then I watched his documentary called for whom the bell tolls. And it only further deepened my respect. But if only they could all be semi normal like this, we could pass alot of bipartisan policies that could benegit everyone in some way. It's a shame really. But for the first time, I think the democratic party as a whole at this moment in time is a really awesome thing to behold because I know it will be remembered in history.

Adam blends genuine patriotism with principle and reasonableness. He's the kind of Republican that was once so common when I was a boy growing up in Michigan, and his courage in standing up to DT makes him TOWER over the weak, spineless, creatures that now prevail in the GOP. If Republicans purged their crazies and reestablished themselves as a democracy-loving political party, they could not go wrong by promoting, supporting, emulating and following Kinzinger. I am grateful to see a fellow republican with the courage to stand up to the Trump lunacy but while I will not be voting for Trump I also can’t bring myself to vote for Harris. Yes, Trump’s bully, my four no more, politics are dangerous and need to be stopped, but I cannot vote for a party that supports and even applauds abortion so this year for the first time in my adult life, I will not be voting for a president.
