i just bought AFTERS today and im obsessed. I enjoy watching the live performances of the few songs as well, so much. hoping for some music videos! Thank you for getting deeper into the songs. Now that he mentions Closer, yesssss i definitely get that. Really brings me back to college and going to the clubs there and how freeing they were even if we could only go for after hours.

I think you've just solved the problem of the straight press thinking they have a free ride to dig into your personal life instead of your musical career. At the Venetian, I remember "Underneath" and how heartfelt that was due to certain members of the media being more interested in your personal life than your music; now just hand them your new EP, problem solved. What straight person would ask their straight friends about their sex lives, they wouldn't so I don't blame you for making it clear what gay sex lives are to those assholes. I'm an older fan, who doesn't give a damn that you wrote "Afters", it's your words, your songs, your right to write them and to sing them. Much love and many blessings to you and Oliver, you are cutest couple on earth except for my granddaughter and her girlfriend, who are getting married in October.

I gotta say, I’m an old straight lady (graduated in the 80’s) and get really pissed with any controversy that Adam has had, like the AMA crap. I grew up with Prince, and yes there was controversy but that was in the Reagan, mother’s against rock era. And he wasn’t banned from any tv studios. Darling Nikki anyone?? And I would love to have heard a collaboration with him and Prince. I guarantee if Adam had been a bit older it would’ve happened. That man would’ve loved to do something with Adam if he was a bit older. (I’m a Minnesota girl too so special love for Prince.)
