Absolutely, yes! Adam always has a unique positive energy about him. His vocals are otherworldly. And offstage he is so sweet and humble. He's a perfect fit with Queen, and a brilliant solo artist.

Adam is so guarded now. He was so relaxed n carefree then. 2 yrs changed him so much. Here, he looks so young n innocent n vulnerable n the moment he said 'I'm starving', I felt like running out to get him milk n a sandwich. He has this look n personality that makes ppl develop a soft spot for him n want to mother him or take care of him. Can't bear seeing him getting hurt. I wish he is given a role in the big screen one day looking like this. I would watch him everyday n feel really happy... :p

@BrendonGan no its not. he just toned it down for this because it's american idol and he didnt wanna freak out the family friendly idol viewing audience. Adam wore much more makeup, and actual face and body paint and had green and red hair, and wore even more over the top outfits and top hats before he became famous. his look today is far more tame than what it used to be before he was famous like 3 years ago. all ya gotta do is a simple google images search to see :P

After some thought about why Adam hadn't been discovered, I think may have been that he may have been playing in Gay Clubs, and I think maybe record executives don't scout them for talent. Such a shame. It's all OK now that his voice is out there on a major label. His career is on track now, doesn't even matter that he didn't win.

@237769356 Even tho this was a year ago. Adam has said its different these days, you hardly get discovered these days, unless you havve a large following. He also said that middle aged executives werent willing to take a risk on a guy in his mid 20's who wears eyeliner, and take a risk on him and think he is going to be the next pop star, it just diddnt seem realstic. AI gave him exactly what his intention was, a huge international platform to expose his innate and rare talent.
