Wanna hear something insane? Another reactor I follow who wanted to go to this exact show but couldn't was contacted by Adam and given tickets to the show!! Then afterwards, was asked by Adam to go have drinks with him and Chance. 🤯🤯 But that's just the way these guys are!

Goodness. Adam Rupp is so humble. His worst is superior to 99% of other beat boxing videos. Home Free did a series of videos during quarantine. Each of the guys brought you into their homes. Adam takes you into his "beat lab". It is episode 6 of the Home Away From Home series, Adam's Place.

In my mind Adam is a musical polymath - human percussion, production, arranging, performing and a masters in trumpet he doesn't even use. All the guys are madly talented, but I think he has the widest range of skills and musical instincts. He always creates an incredible original beat and "extras" for the each song and I love the way he moves when he is beat boxing. The two I've seen so far where you get to see some great clips of his whole body beat boxing is in Some Girls Do and Thank God for This Woman, Amen. If it's even possible to have a favorite in Home Free, he's mine.

You mentioned wanting to know how Adam made a certain noise. Well, me too, except I want to know about the castanets. And, yes I can hear the difference, too. The sound is much better - clearer, slightly louder and yes, less pitchy. Figured it was the sound system there. But I would listen to any version of Adam any time. I just flat love percussion. I saw them live in Effingham, Illinois at the end of October. He performed a similar set during the concert there. Adam's beats rattle the walls, the floor and your chest as much as Tim's bass does when he sings. They sound every bit as wonderful live as they do on video. You simply have to buy tickets to the nearest concert. You'll be glad you did.

Just be.respectful with your comments and you might be surprised who contacts you. I've had conversations with people I would never have dreamed of and I'm nobody but a fan. People forgot sometimes they are just normal people (although extremely skilled and talented). Incidentally Adam Rupp is a pretty talented Tenor as well.

I've heard of them being recognizd by fans and asking the fan if they got tickets to the show. When the can said couldn't afford it, the guys got the fans names and told them to check in at the ticket window. The guys left, not nosebleed tickets, but backstage tickets for the fans.

I haven't seen this new set live yet, of course (since I'm in Europe), but I can promise you that if he did just 30 seconds of the old set you reacted too you'd be blown away. I actually stood in front of a subwoofer in Belgium last year, right up at the stage, and was literally blown backwards when he dropped the bass. So much fun! 🤣 So happy Adam commented on your other reaction and yes, the difference in obvious, this definitely is a whole lot better. All the guys know and appreciate the reactors. They have built their fan base mostly online and reactors help spread their music. They know this is the case and they understand the value of it. I was very fortunate to see HF in concert on 11/5 in Denver and Adam's solo performance was outstanding. He had the whole place dancing and grooving to his music. People were clapping and cheering like crazy. He had lights synchronized to the music and the effect was mesmerizing. It was truly the most amazing solo performance that I have ever seen. The whole concert was great. People were up and dancing like a house party. If you ever get chance to see them live, HF is amazing.

As much as I love the original drum solo video I think this one has become my favorite. This one was done 11/2/21, less than 2 weeks before this reaction. There now a newer one dated 2/19/22. Actually, checking again I'm seeing the 19th, 18th, and 17th, plus another one from 2021. My Drum solo playlist is getting longer and longer. Not that I'm complaining...
