Coffee is for closers. What you want is office space that can be incorporated into a healthy beverage like cold pressed juice. That sums up my new start up WeWorkJuicePress. It’s a subscription based juice rental work space. We’ve developed a blockchain technology that can press underutilized space into nutritious juice, and an AI based app that detects from moment to moment those unoccupied and unused spaces. The space between your desk, the file cabinet, and the ficus? That could be juice.

The smaller the tolerances, the bigger the price. It didn't have any plastic inside or gaskets. They didn't need gaskets. The guy that dismantled it wondered if they were making any money on the machines and claimed that they were losing money on the machines themselves. Any engineer shall tell you that there was no need for such expensive components and that cheaper components would have done the job just as well and would have been just as reliable. @PBoyle 0:25 WTH? This is relevant information that should have been up front years ago. I've been snapping up your favorites at fire sale prices for years. Taking an absolute beating I might add. It got so bad I considered taking Jim Cramer's advice.

I would rather see a new drug addled tech scheme in the news rather than more sequels like WeWork and Cybertruck. Nevertheless it was comforting to see the rap connection getting the coverage it deserved.

Ah, good old Juicero and that SoftBank geezer. Last year NVIDIA and SoftBank announced a pioneering platform for generative AI. Which I think means SoftBank is investing in tech that can draw pictures with 0 commercial value. Awesome. Not to mention a whole landmine of potential copyright issues.

Generative AI will be useful for run of the mill graphics work. Copyright law is not going to be a problem.

I am as baffled by the world of finance as I am by nuclear physics, but I enjoy your videos primarily due to the dry humor you employ as you analyze some of the more loony aspects of modern "high-tech" finance and investment. Some of the schemes you disassemble with plain language are so transparently absurd that even I would be able to detect the fraud hiding behind the word salad of the pitch. I love language the most when it is poetically beautiful, but I also love it when clear language is employed in the effort to penetrate and destroy nonsense. Thank you for your entertaining content.

I respect Adam Neumann. Not because he’s a good businessman, but because he’s one of the few who managed to successfully walk away with all of the marbles. Not saying that’s a good thing, but it sure is an impressive one.

I mean, lots of businesses have an app - one that at least works, even if it's bad and there's no reason you'd ever use it instead of a normal website or just emailing/phoning/texting the person in question - and lots of businesses are run by fratbro douche canoes who know how to party hard and not much else. But WeWork and FTX and such are genuine magic. The difference between getting the recipe almost right, and the exact pinch-and-a-half of salt and pepper before folding the mixture exactly seventeen times counter clockwise with an oak spoon. Something incredibly powerful is happening here, these men are modern day sorcerers, and the mere fact that they can't 'generate value' for anyone else shouldn't detract from that.
