Since no one has said it, the navy blue "Navy 66" strap honors "Old 66", the Sikorsky Sea King helicopter used to bring the various Command Modules onto the decks of the carriers during Apollo recoveries (Apollo's 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13).

@DUKE_of_RAMBLE15 күн бұрын
@@johnanon6938 He did indeed. I think it was the cigarette, or maybe cellphone, at a gas station myth? They were trying to dial in the right air:fuel ratio in a small scale enclosure when as he was monitoring it, _WHOOOF!_ The mixture ignited, blew the lid off the box (but relatively gently since it's kind of the nature of gasoline ignition), and a fireball washed over Adam's face. Thus giving us one of the great Adamisms: _"[chuckling] Am I missing... an eyebrow?!"_ He indeed was. And most of his hair was quite singed as well! Thankfully it was very short already, so it didn't change things *too* radically. Sucks when situations with fire happen like that, because you immediately know you're absent some hair due the smell, as it's a _DEAD_ giveaway! 😢😅

I love the 4 different detours Adam's story takes and he still sticks the landing. A rare skill. Ill always remember the bts of George Lucas taking 3 highlighters to color in the story boards of which was a practical effect, CG, and set. And then at some point he screws up and just derails with this biggest sigh of defeat.

I wonder if Michael Stevens ever mentioned what he knows about mind control while he and Adam were working together. If so, I wonder why Adam never mentioned it to his viewers, given that the ability to control thoughts, behavior, etc. is ESSENTIALLY INFINITELY important in determining whether a given action, word, etc. actually originates from the person it is perceived as coming from by those who know nothing about such technology and that it has existed for several decades, as confirmed in an episode of the Science Channel series Dark Matters: Twisted But True from about 12 and a half years ago in which Michael Stevens appears speaking about mind control experimentation. You see, it doesn't matter what is admitted, because the mindless human cattle that comprises the overwhelming majority of the population, including the scientific community and all other "experts", will just go along with whatever the power structure acts as if the reality were, even if it tells them the opposite and proves it to be true.
