I've been saying this for at least 10 years now that the season should be 62 games and no back to backs. Games would feel a lot more relevant and and there would be a lot more sense of urgency...teams should go through the motions in a lot of games...the NBA would be a lot more interesting than it is now...the season is so watered down and I could hardly watch because it feels like there's no real competition going on anymore...it's atrcious.

Love his take on expansion. Absolutely not enough talent to bring in more teams. Yes lots of great players but we can’t pretend the bottom third of the league isn’t just awful to watch. Hell I’d prefer to cut 2 teams down to the g league and make that spot more competitive as a bridge from AAU to the pros. Refs gotta start calling that carry tho come on now haha great interview.

Adam has been over enabling players to do whatever the heck they want. 1.They don't respect contracts, they don't respect owners, they don't respect the fans who pay to be on those seats so they just sit whenever they want to 2. The play-in is a joke 3. the Referees are the worst of all sports who can't even call a game without being the center of attention 4. the defense is non existing on the NBA because poor referring and offense oriented way of playing 5. The luxury tax is another freaking joke with teams being able to sign players to astronomic salaries completely ignoring the "Cap" without being penalize for it with decrement the competitiveness of the game because Superteams are so prominent 6. Players are being incentivize to sit games 7. Teams still hard tanking because they are not penalty for teams obviously doing it. 8. The mainstream media is on total denied of promoting teams outside of New York,California and Boston. They don't support or promo teams from Medium to Smaller market. 9. 0 rivalries because the game is less physical, less intensive and satisfying for the offensive player. Less lead-way for players to talk and interactive with each other on the court without being assaulted by a stupid Refs putting a stop to it before even something happening and fining the players for even trash talk each other. 10. Lack of rivalries again because the important players switching around teams,demanding trades to ring chase or create superteams they can't develop a relationship with the fanbase to hold pride for the jersey and franchise. No wonders we got no rivalry players don't give a **** about the franchise or cities. Longevity was big part of what created rivalry. A superstar player with over 8 years on the same team will do everything on his power to protect the pride of the jersey and franchise. Now the players are too focus on themselves and don't care about the team colors 11. FLOPPING STILL A THING. NBA Players wanting to compete for the Oscar every year. 0 fines, 0 penalization for it. 12. Incentivize inside/mid range focus of play. STOP FAVORING AND PROTECTING JUMP SHOOTERS 13. The shot clock reduction to 14 seconds after getting a Offensive rebound making the game less organize since the players are forced to make a play quick instead of like before were they could reorganize their offense In reality. What had Adam Silver done to make it the league better?. I don't see it. The sports is on his worst state possible on the viewers side.

@@dreamcage1801 The thing is... is not even good business anymore with rating going down, sponsorship deal going down, people losing interesting on the game which translate on less merchandise being sold too. The smaller and medium size teams are struggling to sell tickers and merchs. I could understand why they make stupid decisions if the money was there, but the money is not there. Just look at how many gimmicks the NBA need to relay to bring people to watch the game. Play-In tournament...the All Star Game is a gimmick show...changing the rules every off season to favoring jumpers because "Kids and casuals like to watch people shooting 3's right fellow kids?!"... they want to implement a mid season tournament. They spend all this time looking for newest gimmick ignoring that the game was perfect as it was with David Stern. The players and his puppet Adam Silver are so desperate.
