Adam i absolutely love ur videos as I'm also a massive cosworth fan I've had several wen i was in my early 20's and i had a moonstone blue 3dr reg plate D545 BRP and i spent an absolute fortune on it making it around 380bhp it was an animal so whilst ur still in the prime of ur life and owning a 3dr please just put a big turbo and some black injectors and do that cossie justice 😂god bless

Don't sell the 3 door cosworth you lucky you have one as they sell for silly money not only that at least you can afford it i love my fords and had a few fiestas and escorts back in the 2000s but i can only just afford my focus MK1 only a 1.6 zetec but its full service history 30 thousand miles just needs the light scratches on the body but solid underneath but i was welder fabricatior and i can maintain and repair everything myself just takes longer being disabled thanks to getting covid taken me out of work with many issues health wise but at least i still have a car of my own

I would leave bodywork if you get a respray ur be more nervous to drive it getting stone chips etc
