Adama Conteh, Wife Of Gambian Man Murdered With Ghanaians in 2005. TRRC ( 1080 HD )

Adama Conteh was wife of Lamin Tunkara in 2005. Lamin Tunkara was a clandestine boat operator who ferry illegal migrants to Europe. On July 22nd 2005, his fate crossed path with the fate of Ghanaians who were attempting to connect with him to facilitate their dangerous journey to Europe. As fate would have it, the Ghanaians and other West african migrants were all picked up by police in Barra and subsequently transferred across the river to the Gambia Navy HQ in Banjul. Upon their arrival at the Navy HQ, they were driven away in Buses and detained in various police stations as well as Baba Jobe residence in Kololi. From these different locations, the Junglers picked them up along with what seems to be the lone Gambian -Lamin Tunkara. Adama is testifying before the truth commission in the Gambia on the matter on March 8th 2021.
