happy belated birthday 1. Have audacity: believe you can be in places and ask for things! or else people will give you whatever. 2. The Blameless Post Mortem: you don’t have the time to walk or or put blame anyone i.e you. you have only 90 days duh. You don’t have the time. take the logical approach and ask what happened and state what happened? why did you get the outcome you did. what will you do to improve? there are times you have to move and move quickly. 3. Doubling down when there is momentum: stop slowing down when things start going in the direction you want. you are deserving and keep going. 4. Embracing cringe: things will feel uncomfortable and cringe but you have to get out of your head. You have to do it anyway and your journey is >>> the cringey feeling. 5. Structure and tracking: this is so integral to stay focused and not fall off track, know your input and your output and you need this to know if things are going well or not and if you will be needing to pivot. You need to be organized and if vision boards are your thing. create one 6. Commit to yourself because you love yourself and deserve it.

Not usually commenting KZbin videos but this one … Today is the 2nd of October, 90 days from now is the 31st of December. I am currently studying aerospace engineering and I’ve been struggling so much to take action and stay consistent as I get easily distracted (no adhd just a comfort lover). I always passed my exams miraculously but I always blamed myself for doing so. I know how privileged I am to study in this field and looked for a video like this for so long. Seeing a black woman succeed in an engineering field telling me that I can actually make the change in 90 days with a reasonable and logical framework that is IT. 🙌🏾 Representation and rich content, Adama you brought light to my fuzzy day and gained a subscriber. I wish us all to successfully grow from those 90 days. Be blessed ❤️

Hi Adama, I just wanted to thank you so much for making this video. I watched it when you first uploaded it, and at that time, I was struggling to secure a software engineering internship and thought it was too late. Kept blaming myself as well. After watching your video, I felt motivated to push myself to accomplish as much as possible in 90 days. I’m thrilled to share that I landed an internship! I had the interview on Dec 18 and received an offer just three days later. Every time I faced rejection, I reminded myself to be "delusional" and to embrace the audacity, just like you said. I also reached out to people on LinkedIn, following your advice. Now, as I head into the new year with a great internship, I feel incredibly grateful, especially since this was my last opportunity before graduation! 😊 so grateful for this video

You're so original Adama. Thank you for this wonderful video. I've always been a very introverted, and closed up person, making new friends, speaking to people and connecting with others is something i'm currently working on. I came back from church today with a sense of defeat, my attempt at communication with others didn't go as planned. I almost lost myself in the loop of self blame, until I stumbled upon this video. Your second and third point really helped me get my mind back in order. Adama you're out here changing lives and i'm so grateful to God that in this my journey of leveling up and becoming a better version of me, there's someone like you and i met someone like you. God bless you immensely Ada

For people struggling with this, there is a fundamental you have to recognize-do you want a different life or to become a different person? I feel like this doesn't get talked about enough but you have to determine if it's your life you want to change or yourself. I love this breakdown of being aggressive with this change for a season so you can take some time to re-asses once complete.
