🌟 Fun fact: 🌟 A Toyota IS just a less expensive Lexus, they are owned & made by the same manufacturer. I am very happy with my 2024 Highlander. We splurged on the Platinum and it feels quite luxurious, even without that Lexus name on the back.😊 Edit: this is excellent advice. I have a lot of work to do😂

Yes ma’am!🙌🏾 That’s why I used that example. I drive a Lexus and looooove it! Budgeting doesn’t mean you have to drive a car that is unreliable, bad quality or poorly made. The Toyota company owns Lexus and the Toyotas are made with the same reliable qualities as a Lexus. Thank you so much for watching and sharing 🤗💕

I took a finance class before becoming a cosmetologist but nothing ever came from it.. I worked for Advocate Health Care in the past to. Job hunting sucks. I know a lot of people feel this way. I've tried side hustles to. I have no quality friends since all I do is sit at home playing games on my gaming computer and doing housework. I need to get back on track. My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. Saving is great but investing puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. Thanks to larysa Caba, my portolio is doing really great and im proud of the decisions i made last year.

I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have, making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Larysa Caba. I now make huge profits by weekly through her services while still learning to stand on my own.

I genuinely want to know how do I pay myself first if I have accrued line of credit debt from the time I was out of work and can never break even each month since then? Should I use the line of credit to pay into my TFSA etc?

Just uploaded an in depth video on paying yourself first! I can’t give you direct financial advice but I would not recommend using your debt to pay yourself first. Instead, once you’ve been paid, pay yourself, then use the remaining to pay off your mandatory obligations (rent, groceries, debt). Please let me know if that helped 🙂

I save 30% of my income and invest it into my high yield savings account, Roth IRA, HSA, and making extra principal payments toward my car loan. The rest of my income goes toward shopping, auto loan, car insurance, groceries, takeout, traveling and my phone billI feel like I’m not investing enough in other things to make more money 🙄 If I made an extra 10k I would able to comfortably afford living alone instead of family and deal with other people’s negative opinions about me living with family still in my late twenties😖😓 What assets should invest in yield a higher return in my money Lyn? I only make $2800 monthly and making 4000 would be more comfortable
