I have a tiny piece of ancestralite but I haven't managed to connect with it deeply yet. I want to get a bigger piece at some point. I like exploring crystals. Mugglestone also contains hematite (as well as red jasper and tiger eye.) It's the most intensely grounding crystal I have successfully connected with at present. It uncomfortably and rather forcefully yanks dark emotions I didn't even know I had into the Earth. Frankly, it feels rather unpleasant, but I figured it must be like taking bitter medecine. It will probably do good to me in the long run, so it's probably worth the pain. I should make the effort to use it more often. It feels rather rough and borderline violent energetically. Maybe it's related to a blockage. Sometimes when I keep the connection going with a crystal I find particularly unpleasant, it eventually evens out and becomes more pleasant as though the energy flow has stabilized in a better way.
