This video really motivated me to join my two favorite things to do in life. Boxing and taekwondo. I was once a champion so I want to feel and be one again.

For anyone trying to learn these type of kicks I would recommend watching either Scott Adkins or Marko Zaror tutorials. They're great at explaining and are professionals.

@AdamHallTehAdamnatorz7 жыл бұрын
Martin I started as a white belt 11 years ago. i started tricking almost 3 years ago now. I don't have any new videos for almost a year now because I tore my ACL around May and just got it repaired in November.

@AdamHallTehAdamnatorz6 жыл бұрын
Yes, I still do. I've been doing Taekwondo for 12 and a half years at this point. I had to stop tricking for the last two years because I tore my ACL, but I'm starting to get back into it again now that my knee is fully healed.

@@AdamHallTehAdamnatorz How are you, and your progress now? You still do it? I'm thinking 'bout starting doing taekwondo, and your kicks are very beautiful and perfect. Congratz!
@AdamHallTehAdamnatorz4 жыл бұрын
@@lodi4450 thanks for the compliment! I'm doing well and still doing taekwondo and some tricking. about my progress: I tore my ACL about 3 years ago, had it repaired 2 years ago, and have been recovering since. I'm just starting to do the flips again, so not quite back to normal yet. My focus for the last 3 years has been perfecting form and movement, not so much about learning newer and difficult techniques. Give taekwondo a shot, worst that can happen is you don't like it! Keep in mind that a big part of enjoying taekwondo is liking your instructor, so try a few different clubs before you make a decision.

Adam Hall :D about how many hours a week should I practice as a beginner in order to get really good?
@AdamHallTehAdamnatorz5 жыл бұрын
I recommend training 3 days a week for about 1-2 hours per session, maybe less at the start to avoid aches and pains. Just start off with what is comfortable for you and increase time and intensity as you are able to.

Ur kicks are low. Get better.
@AdamHallTehAdamnatorz6 жыл бұрын
I don't focus on the height of kicks when trying to learn new techniques/concepts. I can kick high, but I choose not to while learning something new - it is terribly impractical and non-beneficial while learning.
@ajahaigsjaga99365 жыл бұрын
Adam Hall exactly your right the height of the kick doesn’t matter
