I appreciate you noticing things for people with mobility issues. My daughter has special needs and I have to think about these things constantly. People don’t realise how stressful it can be when you turn up somewhere and something isn’t right. Have never got a balcony room because of the way the doors can be opened for example. She wouldn’t be safe. I have to check everything. You help by noticing these issues. It makes a difference. Thank you.
