I think what you do for Enjuku is realy awesome because people don't see how much work it is to build propper cars and the knowledge behind all that .For me it's a big difference to all those who fumble around in theyr garage and think they are pro's. That R32 on the lift in the background is so sick! I was at Hyperfest at VIR earlier this year and it was ripping around the track, as well as being in the "pit" area (in quotes because it wasn't really a pit area per se, it was more like a meet and greet, merch, etc. type thing). I can't wait for next year! I live like 30 mins from VIR, which helps a lot too lol.

Hey Adam, when you go to shops like this, and like when you go to PSI for the BMW, is there ever issues with you being in the shops working alongside them? I know most automotive places don't allow customers into the shop at all, do you just ask them and they let you or what?

I think it's a bit different because I'm not the average customer. Typically I get some sort of discounted/free rate depending on the shop - me helping doesn't change anything I just like to be involved. I can't just stand around and watch people do stuff without helping!

Same as hood pins, drill a hole for the fastener, bolt/rivet a metal plate to the panel for the fastener to clip through.

At first I have been kinda sad to know that you won't be working on the S15 with BigBoost cause I've been excited to learn new stuff and see all the progress but now, Bob has got a lot of cool ideas and skills which makes things a lot easier for you and them to build and possibly fix the car in the future. The thing I like the most is how he looks at the safety first, I love these door cages which are as far from the driver as possible. Its was really a good idea to work at this build with Enjuku :) Have a nice rest of the day

Adam, the roof damage is courtesy of the importation method. Shipping containers are far too tall to be the cause, but instead, the car was imported as a bare chassis (or else it would've been crushed, 25 year law states an s15 is illegal for importation into the US), with another car stacked on top. Hence the damage.

It was probably smuggled in on top of a bunch of engines in a container, it's not an uncommon way to bring illegal cars in.

In 2 years, adam will have had his fun, and will want return to his SR20 cream hatch. At least, that is how I think it will play out. *edit* not that he will leave the S13, but he will focus on the S15 once he can drive it, and after the new wears off, nostalgia will kick in and he will drive the cream S13 for the majority of the time once again
