Regarding the black bars in the garage: change up the shutter speed of the camera. its a missmatch between shutter speed and the refresh rate of the lights that creates those bars.

I think a k24 being larger displacement should help to get that car when doing skids out of turns. I would think a 300whp k24 or something strong either a i6 like 1jz or a k24 not an SR and n/a with a big cam and nice exhaust maybe a nitrous express plate kit.
