1:00 ey man i don’t know if you are still fighting steering issues with the s15, but I think it might help to increase the camber on the knuckle causing change in the kpi, reduce the camber on the top of the strut and increase caster. This way the wheels tilt over more parallel on lock which reduces the funky angles the tie rod/knuckle make so it will overcenter less, and allow you to run more caster. Cheers can’t wait for the e46 to be finished!

@sjorsdewit93942 жыл бұрын
@@scorchpowdispenser don’t know man. He seems to be the kind of guy who gets info from somebody/company and sticks with it without adjusting the bigger alignment thing to get it to his own likings. Just looking at how this car stands on the lift and previous footage it seems the car stands more on her wheels as something he doesn’t like than something he does. I still believe it isn’t to his tasting or suits him as wel as for example the yashio s15 he drove a loooong time ago. i could also be totally wrong but from things I experimented with it kinda makes sense.
@sjorsdewit93942 жыл бұрын
@@thescout4313 noooo I wish. But I’ve experimented a lot with steering geometry for myself and others to make cars drive the way I or they want. Especially a lot with scrub radius, kpi, Ackerman, trail bumpsteer and all that good stuff. And the true challenge is to get them to all to work together to your liking .and there are some pro drivers in my country who agree on my way of thinking. I’m not saying I know everything but you can’t expect Adam to know everything as well. I could be totally wrong but in my eyes that car doesn’t do what he wants it to do
