This home is just gorgeous. Can you imagine gutting the home, all new re-wiring, new windows, new central heating, new roof, re installing the original chimney breasts, and re plastering each and every room, etc. It could look so beautiful. The magnificent hall and front door was just stunning. Where are this mans family to reclaim this home? So, so sad. I can imagine it’ll be demolished and made way eventually for another ugly, uninteresting box 📦. I’m so glad we had a chance to see this quirky, and characterful home

I grew up in Colorado in the 80s and my parents and friends and I would go four wheeling, not with a 4 wheeler that ppl know of these days but in our truck on dirt roads in the Rocky mountains and we would find abandoned cabins with everything still in them BUT the difference from then and now with your videos is people actually respected what was left and the cabins werent trashed. I loved finding things and wondered what the back story to each one was. I love your channel!! You are showing respect to whatever was left there.

The room off the kitchen with the bed and it was definitely Jack’s as far as I can tell. Being off the kitchen was much easier to care for him or for him to be able to get something to eat. Yes I believe he did pass in that room.

This house definitely needs a proper ghost team to go and explore it, using all the different devices like K-2, infared cameras, motion detectors etc. As from the necrophonic, I got the feeling it was jack clearly telling adam he died in the bed from possibly a lung condition (as he couldn't breath) an with the little girls voice an crying, I thought maybe it was his granddaughter who saw him pass away in the bed, but then the same little girls voice says come find me, under the bed etc as if she was playing a game of hide an seek being a mischievous child, but the thing that definitely is very weird, the boarded up fireplace with some very clear visible small finger prints and the fact the necrophonic said 'I've killed one'.

Lovely explore as always Adam! 😊 Whilst much of the decor, fireplaces, etc appear to be 1920/30s era, the house itself is much older. From your aerial shots, I'd hazard a guess the house is later 18th century (1780s onwards). The bed in the kitchen is most likely because of the warmth of the kitchen range, not to mention the elderly gentleman may probably have only occupied a few rooms on the ground floor due to mobility difficulties and cost effectiveness (it is not cheap to heat a home of this age and size!). I'm curious though as to why the gentleman's children did not claim this estate on his death? So many unanswered questions... 🤔

I was raised in a house that wasn't near as big as this one, but much of the detail inside reminds me of it. Especially the bathroom, and bedrooms. It was built in 1899. I loved that place as a kid and have fond memories of it. This has nothing to do with this episode but it makes me chuckle. Why is it, I've always heard people from the UK use the word hoover as their generic word for the vacuum cleaner. When here in North America we know Hoover as the name of a company that makes vacuum cleaners and has been around, for likely a hundred years. We never say, "I'm going to hoover the rugs. We say vacuum the rugs. The term hoover in the UK must come from the Hoover company.

The house was quite large, with plenty of rooms That would have been lovely when the family lived there. You can't really go by the dates on the newspapers that are lying around. As its often the case of family or friends who may start to pack things up often bring the lastest newspapers from home to wrap small items or cups and glasses up in. Elderly people often have a stock of tin food in the cupboards or pantry in the kitchen, this is because if the weather is bad either snowing or heavy rain they cannot go out to a shop. Its also easier and cheaper to heat one room, so most elderly tend to have a bed downstairs near to the kitchen. Thank you for this video, I enjoyed your chat to the spirit world as there were definite replies from more than one spirit. Hi to Lisa too 💕🇦🇺

Stayed in a house in Oxford, was built in the 30's and was kept as a 30's house, flooring furniture fireplaces, the lot. Looked strikingly similar to this house here. I'd definitely go with 30's. Old people also tend to hoard food incase of bad weather, or an unexpected bill (which would be easier to cover if you'd enough food to tide you over). What a lovely house.

I really enjoyed that. Jack sounded very cross. Like he’d caught intruders in his house. Which I guess he in fact had! The other side of the house felt like it had been thrown together in a rush to accommodate a family. Nothing fancy just a basic dwelling. Whereas the old side did feel that it had been at one time a loved home. Poor old boy Jack. Still sleeping there. Never left. Shame. A really good find Adam. Kudos 🤗😁💜

I think your right about the era of the house being from the 20's -30's because the mantel on the fireplace in the living room was art-deco. The large cooker pre-dates that so it's hard to pinpoint the proper timeline that the place was constructed but it was a smashing find.

But I get the impression it was important to the owners that everyone who lived there was comfortable and secure. Those rooms upstairs in the older part felt like a hug. Great house! It was definitely designed that way for a reason. It's really hard to clean up a home where a loved on passed away. Looks like someone was was making progress, then quit. Great explore Adam! Hi Adam, just about to watch this episode, but have been meaning to compliment you on how brilliant your photography is on each episode…you certainly have a good eye, and get some cracking shots, taken from unusual angles! “The boy done good!!!” 😃…really love how atmospheric you get some to appear, and have a really good photographic eye! Thankyou for the pleasure you give with it! Love and Light! 👩‍🦳💕👏👏👏👏🔥🔥🔥🔥👍xx

Loved the layout of the house and the long corridor/hallway upstairs for sure. Love older homes and the uniqueness they have vs something new.

Great video Thank You.. this is would have been magnificent house in it’s day. I feel that may have been built late seventeenth century or very early eighteenth century. That beautiful woodwork plus how deep the window ledges were are interestingly plus when walking from room to room you could see how thick the wall were . The fireplaces stoves and heaters were nineteen thirties maybe that’s when they were able to gas or electricity. I like the way you show respect for peoples homes and property.

Great explore! Looked like the early 1920s to me. Would have been a very luxurious home in its day! Thanks for sharing! See you next week!

Its always sad to see everything left. Nothing worse than a empty house. Do the council know who owns it now? Thanks for sharing

Another neat place, a lot of different people responding some ok and some just really upset. Sometimes demons will respond as if they are a person who was there and was a kid or elderly person they play a lot of deadly games! Becareful you guy's stay safe 🙏 ❤️

What an amazing place this is, love the two separate places, one old and one modern, such a shame no one is taking it over, it would make a beautiful big family home, some lovely items in there still. Loved the old photos that Dale was looking at, one of them was a group of people that was in one of the rooms I recognised the wallpaper. Nice to see it in tact too, thank you both so much for sharing this wonderful, amazing home with us, I really enjoyed this video (as I do all of yours) take care both of you, stay safe

I absolutely love this house! I love the older part much better. Love the old dressers upstairs. Yeah yeah yeah this is like a modern war love the different wallpapers too. That house would’ve been massive! Love it! Thank you Adam! What is all the feedback that you get on that thing. You can’t hear it very clearly. Stay safe both of you! 💜😎🤟🏻🍀🇺🇸

About the room with the bed in it downstairs in the older part of the house. It's more common than you think. When the elderly he to the point that they can't climb the stairs anymore they have a bed set up in an area close to a bathroom and kitchen.
