This mansion is absolutely gorgeous!!! The detail in the marble, wood work, ceilings, walls…all sooo beautiful!!! It makes me sad to see the condition of this iconic building!!! I sooo wish that the marble columns, wall decor, mirrors, could all be repurposed & reused😞 Breaks my heart to see this phenomenal place deteriorating 😞 If it was a hospital or nursing home, I’m sure that there is paranormal activity!!! Thank you Adam & Matt for sharing this wonderful property with us!!! I loved it 👍🙏💕

That beautiful building must be haunted ! Such a crying shame that it has fallen into such disrepair. You can imagine the soirées they had there and can almost hear the sound of the quartet !

The prison-style metal-gated area in the basement would have been to lock away the wines in the cellar, back when it was a private mansion. The servants would have been coming and going to the cellar for foodstuffs stored down there (cold meats, cheeses, etc), but only the Butler would have had keys to the wine vault. They wouldn't have risked the kitchen maids or footmen pilfering a sneaky bottle of their finest vintage! At some point in the mansion's later life, the metal gate has been removed, leaving only the upper surround. Adam, did you notice that when you were talking to the camera at the end, an orb went across the front of you.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before as I'm literally just watching this now but. At 57.24 when the group hear a noise and the camera cuts to the rampod on the rocking chair.... top left corner in the background but above the back rest of the rocking chair a dark shadow moves over from left to right .

Air pistol. MILBRO made them toshoot bb’s and pellets of various calibres with air pressure. Not a real firearm. I used to have one when I was a kid. Didn’t have to have a firearms licence.

Hey man. I use to work there up until the day it shut its doors. I was one of 2 chefs in the kitchen. Mad what’s happened to it after only 8 years! There’s so many stories you don’t know bout it!!

I am shocked that the building wasn't vandalized. It seems that so many people feel the need to destroy abandoned places. Very sad. Hopefully someone and repair it back to its former beauty. Thank you for an interesting video

Such a stunning property…the architecture is just so gorgeous+like you say Adam, “They don’t build them like this any more…!!!” It’s such a shame that these beautiful buildings can’t be saved+adapted into flats for people to live in+pay rent to keep them a nice place to live!!! So very sad that this will fall down eventually+they won’t even be a memory as they’ll be lost to time!!! Thank you Adam for sharing this beautiful building…!!! Take care+looking forward to the next video!!! X🙃❤️

Did anyone else notice the white, transparent object that floated diagonally across the screen in front of Adam there at the end? It clearly was not a bug, because I could see right through it. I've watched it at least 5 times...and it is not a bug or any debris falling off the walls. He didn't even acknowledge it as it floated past him.
