Over 200 9as. That is a monumental achievement. Not just in athletic terms but also in terms of supporting the sport in general. Validating all these climbers that came before, realizing or repeating their vision, opening new projects, bolting. He truly is the greatest of all time.

Climbing is my life passion. I fucked up my shoulder bench pressing and now I can do one pull up and I'm in pain for 2 weeks. Requires surgery to fix, but the surgery is 50/50 make things better or worse but it 100% make my range of motion less, I wouldn't be able to reach overhead on my left side. I can deal with the pain, but I'll never have the mobility and strength again. As a climber I consider in shape to mean my Back and Arms are at their strongest point in my life, every week I should be stronger or bigger. Now I can't I'm getting weak and small and I hate it.
@mateis5073 ай бұрын
Hey, man. Sorry to heart about that. Hope that that surgery will go well if you decide on it. And don't worry about not getting as strong as you could have gotten, you will always be able to get as strong as you can. Whether you get injured or not, you can always become better, you can always set a new goal or try to challenge yourself everyday. So try to do that. Have a good one@@isaarunarom7830

One of the most impressive aspects of this level of climbing is how you're willing to delay clipping. I find I'm held back when leading by wanting to clip as soon as possible rather than when it will be most efficient. Takes a lot of discipline, trust in yourself and no fear of falling.
