Adams A9 Sn/ 49633 (Think Martin Committee)
The classic design concept of the Martin Trumpets of the mid-20th Century with improvement on the sound, intonation and slotting. The result after much prototype work is the A9 Trumpet. This trumpet comes standard with a large bore of 12 mm.

Very nice, great tone/style! In many ways it is sounds similar to my vintage 28B (.453/.480 first valve slide)

Damn, it sounds very very similar to the vintage Committees, even has that "Martin tinge" to the core of the sound.

Love the sound! How would it do in commersial settings like soul gigs or lead work?

I’d mostly use it for solo work. It’s a large bore and might be taxing to play lead for length of time

Steve I have to ask you which comes closest to the Martin Committee Handcraft 3 bore, the Adam's A9, the Schilke Handcraft HC2 or the Kanstul Handcraft?

I think you sounded different on this horn than your usual sound, i guess it's the "martin" sound perhaps?

No not really This horn tones responds with a slower velocity air stream. I would use it to play lead but would be a great candidate for solo playing
