i have a feeling rich chinese and indian donors are the ones behind these colonization efforts. americans dont like to live in high rise things like this, if you check the demographics they are nearly all filled with indians and asians.

How about lowering the rent for middle class to afford!! Smh That would help fix the housing crisis drastically. These so called “Affordable Housing” prices on Housing Connect lotteries are $2.5K+ for people with a decent salary, which is waaay too much. Makes no sense! You gotta be broke broke to get an actual affordable apt.
