Yes Obaseki is the state leader and he sponsors the party but the secretariat is likely to be registered with party(APC)So whether you claim ownership because you pay the rent does not mean you are the registered occupant. So it originally belong to APC unless documents where changed when Obaseki was PDP leader.

Point of correction. Obaseki had mo say on APC national chairman. Oyegun betrayed tinubu and was working with anti tinubu cabals in Abuja. Tinubu was isolated until buhari second tenure election. Buhari realized that he still need tinubu. Some of the condition given by tinubu was to replace oyegun with oshiomole.

Edo North politicians are the major problems facing Edo State. Most of them are criminals and corrupt. They are in minority when compared to Binis (7 Local Govts) and Esan (5 Local Govts), yet they want to dominate the majority. Etsako has only (3 Local Govts), Owan (2 Local Govts) and Akoko Edo with 1 Local Govts. All these lawless criminals are mostly from Etsako who are clearly minorities looking for power to grab.
