Adam, lay down some heavy road fabric before applying gravel. It helps separate dirt from gravel. This is what commercial guys do on highways.

Been down a few roads that had pea gravel and a few that had aggregate the size of satsumas. Crush crete is likely your best option may have to use a roller to mash it down . Hump back it so the water runs off

Adam, contact an asphalt company and ask if they would donate millings. Lay that down 3-4” but some diesel on it when it’s hot and that stuff will stiffen hard. -Smalls CVMA 14-1A FW

Try adding a benonite base under your crushed rock drive ways. Benonite is used for sealing pond beds.

Get with the road people and get the broken asphalt my dad's boss used that for roads in the sugar cian fields 6 years later with tractors and 18 wheelers running on it they had to add a little more on top once.

I'm another one to say look into recycled asphalt. Had my driveway done multiple companies gave me the same quote for crush concert. I did end up paying a little more from a company that could do it a little quicker but also used a big roller. Its holding up extremely well. Drains water pretty darn good. Plus there is no dust.

Hey Adam! Great to see the campground coming right along! Back in the 1990’s the Vietnam Vets MC used to do rally’s at Turner Falls in Davis Oklahoma and they were always an awesome time with massive turnouts! The last one they had drew a crowd of over 8000 people. Maybe y’all could work with them and start a yearly biker weekend to support vets! Love watching the adventures of you and Scooter so THANK YOU!

What a crew you have assembled there! Looks like a blast. So wish I could be there. You are correct, Miss Ashley is a beautiful lady. Water is a PITA in terrain like that. Jmv’s suggestion of slag is good or you may need to get someone in with a dozer and have them dig in and lay crusher run in there to give it a better base. Then lay your gravel.
