Adam, I gotta say, you pegged it. Life is meant to be lived, not saved up like some bank account that you never know how much you actually have in it. And yeah, I'm a desk jockey, but those days I get to ride to work are still days I get to -ride-. One of these days, I'll have to drift into Kriver and thank you in person, for bringing such positive attention, to our pastime and to our passion. Rubber down, chrome up.

Thanks. Great information for bike camping. My first bike was a 1972 Honda CB450. Got it shortly after I turned 16 and got my drivers license. One of the first accessories was a sissy bar. I bought a army duffel bag and used it to pack my items in for camping on my bike. I could also lean back on it. That old Honda was a vibro master! Anyway, I took a trip that summer after getting my bike to vist an uncle in Nampa, ID. Went solo, like you do Adam. I was 16. About a 700 mile round trip from home. I remeber just pulling off the highway on a side road and laying out my sleeping bag and sleeping under the stars. Wow! Those were the days. Now 61 and want to do it again. Now I have a 2015 Ultra Classic that I removed the tour pack from so I can pack my gear like when I was a kid. Now I have the Harley luggage. Can't wait until Sturgis this summer. Maybe see you there. CHOPS

A trick I learned with dead fobs. Pull your good battery and use it in the dead fob. Once the bike is started you can pull your battery back out and put back in your fob to start your bike. It was a let’s give a try moment and it got us out of a bind and down the toad. Hope this helps in the future.

Looks like some GREAT riding and some awesome girls! I got my license through my local Harley dealership in 2010 and then got my 1st bike ever at 40 yrs old, a Yamaha Virago 250. It has been an awesome experience to be able to ride! Something I have wanted to do for years prior. Unfortunately, in 2011 I was diagnosed with CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome). I have rode my bike through the pain of my syndrome, but now has gotten to the point where two wheels just isn't safe for me any longer. I have to sell my "Little Ruby". It makes me sad to sell my first bike and makes me sad because now I am left without the ability to ride because I need a 3 wheeled bike for safety and the cost of these is way past what my disability budget will allow. I will no longer be able to have the wind therapy freedom that I so much enjoy and sought after for many years. Keep up your awesome work Adam! What you do is amazing and in the meantime I am going to keep on fighting to find a way to be on a motorcycle once again. And please, give Scooter some love from me too! He is precious! Safe travels.

Hey all, About the FOBs, I'm sure someone has already mentioned this buuuut First off, the dealership should help you set your own code for the bike, in case your battery dies, you lose the FOB etc But in case they didn't HD factory sets them to the last 5 of the VIN BACKWARDS So, if the last 5 digits of your VIN are 11223 then your code will be, 32211 Always set your own code! Because this a standard and someone could use it to take your bike! Hope this helps! Ride safe out there :)

First let say that I love what you're doing. However I have comment about this episode. "Girls that ride and girls that know how to ride"?! As a female rider, a HD owner and the wife of a HD rider I'm not sure if this is a positive comment or not. I've already had to prove to the men in my life that I can ride as well as they do and I feel disappointed that another female rider feels that there are different levels. If the comment was in relation to those women that choose to ride as a passenger versus those that ride their own bike - what difference does it make? Those people are still doing it for the adventure and to enjoy the open road. Why are they to be so poorly judged? Keep up the good work and ride safe!

Ummm; it’s the tax payers who guaranteed the freedoms you enjoy. I’m a vet. When thanked; I thank them specifically for their life long sacrifices and even lives.
@adamsandoval6 жыл бұрын
DALE thebelldiver tax payers keep our system going, but I have yet to see a dollar bill disarm a bomb...that is one example of how it takes someone sacrificing their own safety for our nation. Money can never buy that. It can Only help the ones brave enough to do it.
@dalethebelldiver77406 жыл бұрын
Adam Sandoval Rides I don’t recall a bomb being defused here in America or one single leader in a foreign country strong enough to even remotely threaten our country. Don’t forget; the obligations of each UNITED NATIONS MEMBER TO PROTECT AND DEFEND EACH MEMBER nation. Exactly in the way that each state has the obligation to protect each and every state in the UNION. UNION is the key word. I served during Vietnam. 70 to 76. Not one Artillery round fired landed on one single dude threatening the US. NOT ONE unexplored IED threatened one single US CITIZEN in this country or our CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC. But the same dollars that bought the war toys also bought most of the components to build that IED. ALL THE men in my family served in combat situations in either; the Marines, Army or Navy. In each war. Never have I met a vet who claimed to have killed a man threatening the US or it’s citizens or form of government. They threatened to kill those in his back yard threatening the sovereignty of his nation. Pearl Harbor was the closest but that is totally suspect; as is the 911 incident. You are making a living off perpetuating the propaganda that kills and wounds more Americans than all aggressive foreign nations put together for all time. Who profits? The corporations who benefit off war making materials and UN EXPANSIONISM. I can’t imagine you agreeing here; but, when you’ve had your fill you might not be so proud of your chosen occupation. Just as most honest soldiers will reveal;once they’ve come down off the GUNG HO; Warrior attitude. Maybe you have to be a vet. to get it.
@dalethebelldiver77406 жыл бұрын
I don’t expect accolades or a single thumbs up for my comment because it’s like pissing in a common bowl of cheerios on this forum. But; it’s the fact. Believe men my message would never be financed by Harley Davidson or any other corporate entity. But I bet most of the real wounded warriors have truly assessed their losses and for what. The tax payers are the people not the purse. It’s the people that make up the military personnel drafted or in-scripted or volunteered under a contract with terms and agreements for pay. We have a job or had a job. That job has risks as does commercial diving or any other occupation. No a dollar bill can only wipe an ass. It’s Men who defuse bombs. It’s also the same men who continue to pay these taxes while disarming those bombs. Ummmm isn’t that also a whack in the head after losing so much? By the way; who is the CEO and executive membership of wounded warriors NFP org. Florida law dictates 5 or 10% of the proceeds only go towards the actual benefit. The other 90% goes to cover corporate growth, wages, and overhead. Where are the WOUNDED WARRIOR FACTORIES building anything?
