The dialogue is far better in french, because the writer is amazingly funny. You get some proper slang that just gives every scene much more character.

I Love Radiant. I just casually find the Anime years ago and I was fascinated by the Background and Character desing, I find it kinda generic, but Seth was lovely and pure af (and I have a soft spot for Pure characters, gotta love them xd) and it was also entertaining enough. Then we get to the actual plot and based on France being considered one of the most Xeniphobic countries the topic was really interesting for me. And at the end it just got so much better haha. I'm not a fan of how much time it takes the volumes to be published (I sometimes forget about some plot points) but I get it. So I have no real complain~ Honestly, If I have the money and if it was being sell where I live I would definitly buy Radiant, I really like it to the point of wanting to have it. But well... I'm from Argentina and we have it pretty hard with our economy so I don't have more options than read it online. But I wish I could just buy it xd There are just a few Mangas I want to have for myself, Fullmetal Alchimest (I recently got Volume 5). just some of Fairy Tail, Edens Zero and Radiant. But is not easy xd Radiant is totally underrated, but I get the resons why not many give it a chance, is sad, but there are people who love it and read it, so Tony keeps working on his Story and I wish for more uwu Side Note: Pure doesn't equal dumb. At first I didn't know what to think of Seth, he did look like Clasic Nice-Dumb protagonist, but he became a lot better keeping his purity, ha 👌

In an podcast Odunze Oguguo had with Tony Valente, the later mentions that he hates the word “manfra.” He describes it as “horrible” and proceeds to explain why it’s just manga, even if he’s french. It doesn’t matter.

Color printing costs almost double what black and while costs. You can't just do a few pages, it's the whole book or nothing, so for one color spread the book still costs double. This is probably why the books are generally greyscale, unless it's a fancy, more expensive special edition on better paper (color also needs better paper then b&w).

I think the discrimination against sorcerers is more akin to ableism,since alot of the curses act like mental illnesses,the way the inquisitors talk about how the "infected" need to be controlled and how getting cursed made them monsters really sounds like the justifications people would give for things like lobotomies and shock therapy and how the severe trauma that caused their derangement makes them dangerous,this story seems like an allegory for how society treats the mentally ill and people who are neurally divergent and i think its message is at the end of it all the only thing at fault here are the institutions that cause these problems,which is why we shouldn't have them in the first place...

I love the anime for Radiant i haven't read the manfra and my best girl is Melie but i am in love with upbeat anime girls they just appeal to me so much also Melie is very hot a lot of people when they complain about anime's is that animation is awful but for me i just want to watch and enjoy what i want so what if Radiant's animation isn't God Tier good the same applies to One Punch Man Season 2, Pokemon: Sun & Moon and every other anime out there why can't we just relax and see what happens in the story & characters because that's what is most important if my comment sounded rude i am sorry i am just tired of seeing hatred on series that are actually good i do respect if others don't like the same series i like but it gets tiring when all you see is hatred but again sorry if this comment offended anyone

i love both the anime and Manga of Radiant, But i wish they did a little better Job with the Anime, though i aint saying it's bad but i do think that they should atleast made it a little better for the anime, overall it was good mostly Season 2.

Honestly, to me an anime is only horrendous when it changes the entire story and is just a "fuck it do whatever" show like Tokyo ghoul and twin star exorcist. I never really got that with the Radiant anime. There are some OBVIOUS pitfalls and things that could've been improved. Could've been better, but it was more than enough to get me invested in the series and made me addicted to the manga which is all i series needs. Sure, the manga may be way better and have more subtleties. But i think its a case of "it should've been this way" Rather than being absolutely awful and unwatchable like a lot of anime are

Well there was something I didn't agree with or maybe differ in opinion, it was small issue.You stated the anime for being one of the reasons for Radiant not being so popular but I believe its kinda the opposite, I feel that it's the anime that has made a lot of people known to the series whether if they thought it was good or bad. I would have never have known that such a series like Radiant existed without the anime.

I know what it is. It mostly stems from the fact that I made a lot of videos that pretty much catered to just one series. (Total Drama, Steven Universe, or Cartoon in general.) So, of course that's what most of my audience was comprised of. However, after I slowly stopped doing that and branched out into other series. Series and topics more I'm into and passionate about, views dwindled. It's not even just from subscribers, quite frankly not being loyal, but just the average person who stumbles upon any of my newer videos. Which is kinda understandable, I suppose, but still hurts a bit. Though I'm not gonna left views and numbers of any virtual website dictate what I do on my own channel. TL;DR: People pretty much only watched me for one thing and as soon as that stopped, most of them left. I don't care about numbers though. I just makes videos on what I like.
