The maturity of your writing evolves with each passing composition; great piece Adam and extremely well suited for the marimba as it plays off the overtones of the instrument quite well. Bravo Adam! When all is said and done it will be your pieces that will leave a lasting legacy to all who will come after your passing. JW

Adam!!! Again you've more than managed to impress me like normal XD I'm currently a student at a highschool and while we do marching band related percussion in the fall, our director has all of his students do what he calls the "Solo Program" Where we must play 1 Snare solo, 1 Timpani solo, and 1 Keyboard solo. We get to choose the solos we play as long as they believe we are capable of playing them. I've always been interested in music but now I have gained more than a massive interest. I typically enjoy Vibraphone much more but as i'm working on writing my own piece (Shattered Sunrise), I've started using Steven's grip because i wanted to play both vibraphone and marimba. I wanted to get ahead for next year and try to find pieces now so while we are in our marching season i am not just doing marching material. And i think I have just found the perfect marimba solo to play. ^.^ Thanks for being more than an inspiration and for all of the awesome and helpful tips.
