Very well said ashish, faced same issue with smartworld sector 61. Customer support is pathetic, no one ever pick on customer care number. They just want cheque on time and will not help or reply back for any issue faced by the customer. No CRM is good there. Would request you to make video on this too

Vilasa is a gated community. The plots are outside of Vilasa. The empty land parcel at the starting of the entry road is DLF Land. DLF is coming up with a ultra luxurious project of 25 acres adjacent to Vilasa. The plots rates and project prices have been increasing in the vicinity. The area is coming up really well.

Yes and the price of vilasa is not going to go down. Thanks to dlf and every broker accounted that factor except for ashish gutt. So please don’t listen to his advice.
