Great Video, thanks! Next School year I will start and lead an Astronomy&Spaceflight club, and I am thinking about ways on how to make everybody happy while learning and having fun. I'll definitely try a adaptive way of teaching!

We need to know our students, which of them are belongs to easily solve the problem and which of them are belongs to more guidance because all students are not the same when it comes to academic growth.

VR and AI will make Adaptive Teaching even more practical in the coming years. Examinations seriously need to catch up though.

How plausible is this on a global scale with the current resources we possess? Although a very effective method of teaching, why hasn't it been adopted earlier and why do we still follow the traditional methods of teaching?

"traditional methods of teaching" they are cheaper and require less self-learning. The same vicious cycle goes on and on - students don't know how to teach themselves, and teachers don't know too. Especially, if teacher are exposed to a new idea, that is out of their field - it is hard for them to learn it.

Smaller class sizes and more teacher autonomy would be needed to truly teach to the individual. Current high stakes formative assessment is cheap and encourages "teaching to the middle." That is why our education system doesn't change despite new ideas about teaching. That being said, many teachers find creative ways to mix homogeneous and heterogeneous groups, but it doesn't always translate to higher test scores - which "rule the school."

@@danielwiczew The problem is that school is instutushnaly anti-educational. It's a complete waste of time that teaches nothing courses the following problems curiosity deficits, creativity deficits, learning ability deficits, critical thinking deficits and a variety of mental illnesses. Anyone who can go to school and still learn something is good at teaching them selves.
