This was really insightful. Especially when it’s about decision making. I’m a stuck silver noob and learning a lot from this. Now I’m playing Kog’maw for 12.10. I main Aphelios but sadly I always need a supp or a team that knows my champ. But now with Kog, even with any supp, I can do so much.

Please don't play Aphelios in low elo its only going to frustrate you. Kog is a much better fit

Saber what do you think about champion pool for a gold adc in the current meta? I swapped role from midlane (d2 midlaner) to adc recently. Was playing mostly mele assasins. What is the best champion pool for me?

1. Kog Maw (53.26% WR) or Vayne (52.43% WR): They were strong even before the durability update, but after its release they are even stronger than before. Gaining increased resistances and hp while having a kit based around shreading hp works well in their favor. 2. An ap carry. Some games your team might be low on ap damage and this is when you should be able to flex to ap. Swain (52.66% WR) and Veigar (52.09% WE) are both great options here. Their biggest weakness is usually their early game, but this weakness is less impactful in botlane were you won't be oneshot as easily and have great compatibility with your catch ability (swain or veigar e) together with your supports cc. 3. Another adc which you enjoy playing that doesn't have terrible winrate. In gold you should be able to find success with an adc even if its winrate is meh, because most likely what is going to help you improve and climb is improving your macro

i just think the more you play it, the faster you will improve but i think people should stick with few champions and only change to another one at least 200 games. i'll stick with ashe for a long time and doesnt want to change. i am bad at map awareness, and mislocation when fighting

Yeah and don’t buy shield bow if you don’t know how to use it. So many times he backs off of winnable fights with shield bow not even used yet + heal or flash in a couple scenarios

I'm new to ADC and I have a quick question. If you have a 70% chance of killing 2 of their carries, but also have a 40% of getting u killed, should you go for the play as ADC? The numbers are just made up, but it shows the idea. I usually go for this and it gives me a good KDA, and be able to carry with the extra kills, but sometimes I just int and lose the game for it. Is there a general rule to play safer or make these plays ok as an adc?

i guess it depends on how much each person is worth, how many resources you invest in the play and the opportunity cost of not doing anything else. you're 0/3 and enemies have shutdown -> great odds, might turn the game around you're 4/0 and have to spend flash -> bad odds, might give your whole lead away and become vulnerable for the next 5 mins game is even, but there's a giant wave coming botlane you could catch -> unclear, but maybe catching the wave has more expected value than risking the play. might be a judgment call

Do you really think ashe is that bad on this patch. I would think with the recently durability patch and her being able to run kraken instead of shieldbow would make her much more viable. Not to the extent of vayne, kogmaw, or jhin but I would think she is at least in the same tier as Kai'sa or jinx.

i think this was before the durability patch like he said in the video, now shes probably better because fights are slower and u shouldnt get one shot i think :D
