I'd be gratefull for Caitlyn item guide with a little deeper thought on when do you pick what items. Because, as can be seen, you tend to quite mix things up, every game. It would be helpful for me (as a newer player in general), that tries to get better with Cait. And you're the one guy, who haven't given up on her after the nerf. :)

This has been one of your best instructive videos yet, I've been watching for quite a while, I'd love to hear some more details specific to trying to play ad in lower elos like plat, where games are roughly 50% worst case scenario for adc. Are short ranged carries/carries that have little to "help" with from behind just innately bad? or should we be playing them and somehow 1v9 the games because we can't trust our team to do things? It's a trap I find myself falling into, where I feel I can see what's going wrong, but often we throw over stupid things no matter what I communicate.

First off, really really good video! Im an adc main i think i learned a lot. Especially where i make mistakes, that feel like its just bad luck! But what i also learned is, that s12 is just about oneshotting and getting oneshot, so why would anyone play adc at all? I understand that adc is the strongest scaling role and it's the most reliable dmg source in the lategame. But in my elo (plat 3), there's no late game. The games decided before i get 3 items (most of the time). So why would i play a role that effectively has no impact until its to late (with plat mental u aint be making a comeback, it just doesnt happen) ?? Mages almost scale as well but dont feel nearly as useless without items, because most of them have cc or enchanter capabilities. Also u can buy zhonias and dont worry about the assassins. Additionally most Mage items give defensive stats nowadays. The only case in which an adc might be more usefull is when the enemy team has 3 tanks, but even then mr is harder to stack and voidstaff is the best item in the game. Also, there are mages like azir that have a dash, a defensive type of cc and probably better lategame dmg (more range) than any adc. At this point im not playing adc to climb anymore, im just playing it cuz i like to play adc. I dont even know why i made this comment anymore. Anyway have fun! Oh, and pls dont pick Senna support when u want to build KrakenSlayer, thanks!o, most of the time, the teams dont know how to protect an adc in teamfights (of course my positioning isn't perfect, but there are just a lot of lulu shields/ zil ults/ ... on themselves that really didnt need to be on them)

i swapped back to midlane after being a adc main for 5 years, there is just no point in playing that role, its hard to improve because its a 2v2 lane and 50% of the time its not your fault you lose the lane, you can play perfect and you still lose. In midlane you can almost ALWAYS do something different, when you lose games it feels like its deserved more often than on adc
@BigDongEmperor2 жыл бұрын
Cringe excuse making, you should be able to carry supports even if they feed, if you don't then you're still making punishable mistakes yourself and passing the blame onto them instead of fixing your own mistakes. You don't see elite professional sports players blaming their team for losing.

@@BigDongEmperor not cringe sure it's possible to learn botlane but there are other roles that just do it so much better. I started with adc, had reasonable results In the role but I hated it since whenever I had 1 idea my support would do the opposite and it made it very difficult to learn the game In general. After moving toplane and midlane I've had much better results and actually felt impact In my games more then adc. Sure I can scale well, never die, and play lane as adc but I wanna learn how to complete crush games and the only roles that can do that reliably are mostly top and jungle. You see you should be able to carry feeding supports, you clearly have never experienced an 0 / 16 thresh in your games.

@@xvhayu Or they come bot once at a bad time, waste their time and leave. Meanwhile the enemy jungler comes bot once with mid, four-man dives for a double and carries game. Double points if your jungler picks something off-meta, does bad early and afks.
@garrettbillington72302 жыл бұрын
@@xvhayu At some Elos, it doesn't matter how fed you make a jungler if they are a monkey, it's only more important that you are fed and you need to be working on that rather than creating jungle dif for the time being. Maybe it's learning to bait enemy support spells and making support dif instead. Or pushing in waves infinitely when you have a lux/zyra/xerath support so they can poke enemy under tower more. Or maybe its working on better CS score. Or maybe its dragon timers so that you are present for fights and have a wave or slow push already shoved in to tower before it spawns so you can rotate on time. There's ways to make jungler dif with wave manipulation and not just baiting for it. You also can just play stronger early game ADCs and carry by that a lot of times. Depends on which scenario you're experiencing, cuz I wouldn't know without seeing it. I do feel like this video applies a bit more to like plat+ than any other elos, and even more at like D2+ as it was working for Saber. Good luck on your climb!

@Jayden-zq6fj2 жыл бұрын
fleet for the movement speed in teamfights you walk up and can headshot or hit a trapped opponent and get away risk free there is also some sustain there but its really non noticeable however cait can also proc it easy for some miniscule healing. Lethal tempo because we have no other good keystone and auto = attack speed = more passive headshots, its not that common to proc its range buff in teamfight but when you do it feels like god mode.
