It's a french book with "trompe l'oeil" > you see a non-colored picture (Sebastian) and another one appears when you color it (Stitch), that's the concept of this book 😊

I think it is kinda brilliant how there are so many of the same letter block next to one another, so that they can use the same basic outline image & change which letters are where for each page. That's why so many of us saw sebastian until he put the colors down.

All these people with their theories about the Sebastian picture over the Stitch piece - my theory is that it's just to mask the character that's under there so it's a ~m y s t e r y~ who you're coloring before you start.

11:21 wait i think i know what heppened, those two piece (Stitch and the crab Sebastian) is one model The left one is more dominant to Stitch and the right one is Sebastian I think thats why we saw Sebastian but later ADC turn it into Stitch cuz he colour on the Stitch's part Sorry if my word is confusing 😅

I remember the time a couple years ago that I spent like 3 hours drawing like 6 Pokémon drawings for my brother a family friend, both of which probably threw them in the trash. I did this all while having just broken my arm, I was so proud of those drawings even though it was painful.

I personally love the grainy look pencils give. Even in digital art I go for a nice grainy look. Something feels more natural or rustic, the aesthetic of it puts me at ease

I think that's the point of this coloring book. They overlay the outlines of two different images and the outlines of the "wrong" picture are slightly thicker so it looks like a different image. But once you color it in you can see the right picture.

I love this series, it makes me happy, keeps me from feeling like I am being childish when I color. Hi Bob! Ducks are people too! and YES! pineapple belongs on pizza. it is great with ham, or pepperoni and olives, chicken and spinach... and don't tell me fruit doesn't belong on pizza since it has a tomato sauce... tomato is a fruit... so are peppers for that matter... plenty of fruit on pizza.

Really like this one! i also use markers as bases for my own pieces. its way faster and you can achieve way much more depth than pencils alone

I was going to comment that you don't have to push yourself to make art when you are healing, then I remembered Renoir had his paintbrush bound to his hand when his arthritis wouldn't let him hold the brush. So I realized, you're an artist and you have to create. I'm looking forward to you working with your left hand. See it as a left hand art challenge until you heal. Also, try kicking walls instead. It's satisfying.

Wow, that looks awesome! I never thought to do markers AND colored pencils...but it turned out amazing! I hope your hand recovers...I have been known to punch the wall in my sleep before (luckily not very hard so far, but you never know...) , which is why I have since placed pillows on the bed between me and the wall, heh.
