honestly, I think if Vader had to be summed up in one image of a singular moment...you really captured it! I love that what you created started out as, essentially, a stock drawing of Darth Vader, good, but, just good. You elevated Vader from the villain we all know and see, and brought out the struggle that made him what he was. Amazing...the blue vs red is spot on brilliant! rather inspiring, to be honest.

When I was a Teen a version of Stephen King's "The Gunslinger" Series with illustrations by Michael Whelan was released. I absolutely fell in love with those illustrations and the series because of the illustrations. The style of this finished piece reminded me of those illustrations so much that I had to go back and watch it again. Love, Love, Love. Thank you for sharing!!

1 I love g fuel and 2 dark side the charecters are so interesting and the back stories are amazing especially Vader going from a padawan to a jedi to a sith lord really made me love the charecter. I really enjoy this one as its something I can strive towards as an artist to change the way the coloring books minimalistic lines into a complete masterpiece and instead of just one flat color by number type image it has dimension and detail to it with the shadows and light source.

Honestly, it replaced my coffee in the morning haha. And I'm a HUGE Coffee lover. But sometimes crave something sweet/flavourful. Absolutely, colouring books are a great way of breaking out of those parameters. With a drawing we are more protective of our work, but this isn't ours... so, going in and out of the lines is much easier mentally and fun :)
