I love the way these guys coach. Simple and oh so effective and it gives meaningful improvement which is 100% what lessons are all about.

I was excited to hear that Sean was going to partner up with Andy & Piers. I’m a big fan of all three of you! So happy that Sean is spending time with the experts in San Diego :-)

He definitely can and will. 👍🏻

What about his early extension in his back swing and even more forward extension on the downswing ??. As soon as he was taking the club back the pelvis was going forward towards the Ball.

There’s only so much you can do in 10 minutes…😅

There are lots of things that happen in a golf swing. You have to look at what is the root cause of everything and the thing that will have the biggest improvement in the result. For Sean this is club face and set up. That is more than enough to focus on for now. Once this is better he can move on to what ever is the next priority.

We were with him for around an hour on his driving. If we had 4 hours with him, we would still only look at those two things. Simplicity is key.

@meandmygolf. fair play 👍, it was only what I really noticed when you had his swing on slow mo, wasn't meant to come across as patronising 😊

@meandmygolf. listen, there's not many people on here i like to watch, you two gents are great. Clear explanation with a sence of humour 👌 👊👍

Is the same take away and club face position the same with the irons?
@meandmygolf.Ай бұрын
Yes Jason. It is certainly a great guide depending on your ball flight already.l

I have hit a drive and the ball landed 40 yards behind me. Lol.

He's just lifting his arms and crashing down into it. All upper body, very little turn or actual swinging of the club. Everything you're giving him is correct but he needs to over exaggerate it, turn more and free everything up a bit. Not hating, appreciate things take time to 'uncode' I enjoy all your videos and just trying to get better myself.

Yes definitely a couple of things for Sean to work on. We have to start with what's going to give the biggest "ban for your buck". We can only focus on really one thing so the club face in the swing will be the key to allowing Sean to really change his swing. Once that is better, he can move to the next thing. Most golfers are thinking way too many thoughts. Remember this quote... "He who chases 2 rabbits catches neither".
