Add a piece of squash to the flour and you will be surprised at the result! Simple and delicious recipe
Ingredients and recipe：
Kabocha squash
Cut to small pieces
Steam for 18-20 minutes
200g Squash puree
1 Egg
25g/2tbsp White sugar
Mix well
3g/1tsp Instant yeast
Mix well
250g All purpose flour
3g/1/2tsp Salt
Rest for minutes
Divide into 8 parts
Use one part like this to make a ball
Rest for 15 minutes
A bit of oil and brush it well the bake pan
After 15 minutes
25x5cm
Do it like this to make a rose
Repeat do the others
Rise until double size
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 356°F/180°C
Unsalted butter(optional)
Icing sugar
Done!
