1 Potato and 1 egg! Quick breakfast in 5 minutes. Super simple and delicious potato egg recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
Grate 200g Potato into thin slices
Squeeze out the water
Put into the bowl
1 Egg
Add 50g mozzarella cheese
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Mix well
Divide into 4 parts
Olive oil
Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat
Flip over
Cook for another 2 minutes on medium heat
Done!

I made this !! I made 2lg potatoes 🥔 and two eggs 🥚 and it came out amazing I used cheddar cheese 🧀 and topped them with more cheese and green onions and a Sriracha sauce and other seasonings..! But they were delicious..👍🏽❤️ thanks for ideas Helly

Yes, we used to add onion and bacon, but you have to rinse the starch off the potatoes after you grate them.

I think the key is squeezing or pressing out most of the water out of the potato. Could also mix in or top with any one or more of these: pico de gallo, cilatro, chive, sour cream, green onion, tomato, roasted red pepper, paprika, whatever you want.

Very nice to watch. I'm thinking of trying different types of cheese or maybe a blend. I do love the simplicity though. A dash of Rosemary, a pinch of garlic, then, Arugula salad with blood orange and walnuts, three large poached shrimp and Cinzano Asti Spumante for a romantic Saturday afternoon lunch ! I think I like it just the way it is. Not that I don't like onions and all that just can't eat em. Bothers my tummy. I believe she did add cheese so that's good and so is bacon. I prefer plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Bon appetit everyone! It's a good meal for those of us on a tight budget.

An opportunity to get a few awesome healthy extras into your recipe.. add lots of turmeric, onion, garlic, red pepper, even shredded carrot and celery. Saute in a little coconut oil or homemade ghee. Skip the sourcream, top it with homemade gravy or salsa instead (all made with healthy ingredients, of course. )

Since I do not have mozzarella cheese in my refrigerator I will just take a slice of Velveeta and tear it into four pieces and put a piece of Velveeta on top of the potato patties and let it melt a little before I take it out of the skillet.. if I want a little extra I will put some Tabasco sriracha sauce or put some other kind of sauce on top before I eat it.. thanks for the great ideas and of course we can modify them anyway we see fit..😮😊

@@hollowpoint45acp if you want to see some good recipes that use things that most everyone in South Louisiana has in their kitchen cabinets go to KZbin and Google, Justin Wilson's cooking and Justin Wilson's recipes.. not only does he do cooking episodes he also tells corny Cajun jokes.. when I lived in Louisiana he was my friend and I would visit him.. I would watch him cook and get to eat some good Cajun cooking and get to listen to some good Cajun stories.. he taught me how to cook some great south Louisiana food.. I am in the Philippines and I can get all of the things I need from the local market to cook great food for every meal.. Philippines cooking is limited.. Philippine food is not nearly as good as Thailand food.. I just happened to fall in love with a Filipino girl so I am stuck in the Philippines but I cook and eat very very well, thanks to Justin Wilson.. bon appetite👍😁🍺🍻😎🤗🫕🦞🥂🎸🪕🕺💃🐊🐊🐊🥂

Add Diced Onion, some chopped parsley, a light sprinkle of flour......... You can serve with Apple Sauce and Sour Cream.......Amazing !
