Tell me which option to choose.. for example, there are very different products with more than 150 categories and they have a lot of characteristics. let's say 20-30 fields.. and in total 8-10k. which option would you recommend? It would be very interesting to see cool work and how to scale in an easy way.

Few themes do not support widget features. You can use the latest themes or install a plugin - wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

@@wpdev. Yeah. I just installed it. Brand new wordpress installation with Elementor using Hello Elementor Theme. I disabled all plugins, changed themes, and still no widgets option under appearance.
