In this tutorial I will show you how to add an image, a color or vector graphics in a stroke image in photoshop. Open an image in photoshop and add stroke, then duplicate the image, and for the first image hide the stroke, and for the second image hide the fill, then add another image in program and place above to the second image, and the second image - the image with stroke convert to a smart object and then you can add the image - create clipping mask in stroke. because you create the smart object for the second image you cand double click on the smart object and change the size for the stroke and the color.
