Animation -> Loop -> File In (Pro). That is the closest built in "scroll" effect I found so far. It alters the text the least. There are other built in scroll loop effects but they alter that text way too damn much. Still looking for non pro effect.

Bro, my text is moving very slowly. You showed that extend text at the end and drag the second keyframe closer to increase speed, I did and its working but on to the second keyframe only, after that 2nd frame its stuck and not moving at all. Can you help. Please

U can make text move faster but there is a character limit that how many text u can insert in a single text layer. The solution is to use multiple text layers with same speed when the first text layer finish, the second one will start.
