After multiple select it work but after I hide the layer there is only text but no vedio between text

Are you hiding the video ABOVE the text? This is wrong. If you follow the instructions from 01:57 to 03:00 it will work. From the video: "Usually text effects are placed above the video. But for this effect, the fastest way to do it is to put the text below the video. This avoids the need to export and import the text." After adding the blend effect to the VIDEO, it will work. Hope this helps.👍
