They could have done way better , their smartphones have often a very good sound quality....Any idea ?Mine last less than two hours at full volume , and it stops ploc ploc after some time ...Well it slows down a bit ....

battery bms ntc resistor is dead. mines temperature low there's still no way to fix it since you can't buy a replacement battery for this speaker.

It's tp4056 board It charges 18650 with 1A of current And the Speaker also charges with 1 A of current I added that tp4056 board in parallel so the charging current will be 2A So it charges fastere

Problem Solution- After switching ON the device KEEP pressing the TWS button. You have to short the TWS switch in any local repairing center.
