The most I ever spent on a condo in CM was a 1 bedroom for 7000/month. I can't even fathom that a 36,000/month condo could even exist in this city.

You would have to be absolutely mad to pay 36,000 for a flat in chiang mai. For that money you can rent a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom detached house with large garden in a very nice quiet neighbourhood

1 Bed room has an unusual layout. The Air Conditioner is old and those can be really noisy. The Balcony was the best part. Last year I went by this place and no one was IN the office on a Wednesday at 1000 AM.

For me Nimman is too European .Its like you are not in Thailand .From what i have seen you also pay more for everything .Although i have seen some older buildings off Nimman that were a reasonable price .

It used to be fine but now it's just mega gridlock and overpriced shops targeted at tourists. Doesn't feel anything like Chiang Mai anymore. It's nice to go in every few months and get some food at least.

I get that, but that’s one reason I like Nimman its got a whole different feeling to other places in Chiang Mai

Way too expensive considering the mini size of the pool (more like a pond). Balcony wise this one is cool but Hillside 4 corner rooms or facing Doi Suthep 10th floor way better

Yeah the price was too high for the rental, I've got a video on Hillside 4's biggest unit coming soon, great view but it was quite obstructed by the Furama hotel.
