I recently picked up a small bottle of methylene blue and a box of aquarium salt from my local fish store just to have on hand in case a fish has a problem. I was thinking of adding malachite green to the shelf, and now I definitely will. All of these have a long shelf life and are good to have on hand. Quinine is used to treat malaria, and I imagine it would treat fish parasites, too. Take care, and God bless.

I think it is always good to have some meds on hand. Even if it is just for a few common problems, it would take a lot of stress away just knowing they are available if needed!

Hi I was wondering if you could give me a little advice. I have an outdoor goldfish pond and I am struggling with it. I can't keep the water clean looking. I don't have much money but was wondering if there is anything you could suggest trying I set it up for my grand kids and family to sit outside and enjoy
