56:41 PLEASE HELP I don't understand the logic behind why discount on subtracted from 100 results in cp. Is it to say that the discount value represents half of profit, same can be said on why profit is added to 100 which in turn results in price value. Does 100 represents base value, if so then what understanding should one have to complete the missing information. If 100 represents the 100% of the value which here is in terms of price, won't the price of an article which has discount on it made up of MRP = cp+sp+discount

Brother let's assume 100 as the base and by subtracting the discount we get the ratio of CP, not the actual value of CP. So I think it's logical to take 100 as base considering the fact that we are only finding the ratio, not the actual value. I hope you get it. 🙏
