Around 20:00 mark. Concept number 3 is WRONG. Correct concept: When you add extra water to a mixture of milk and water, the ratio of milk also changes. Only the quantity of milk remains constant. The example you took: M : W 2 : 3 After adding some water it changed to 2:7 but what if it changes to 2:8 or 2 : 10? If you simplify these two then the ratio will come out to 1:4 and 1:5. Remember ratio is always a fraction in its smallest possible form. Ratio does change with any change in one of the liquids in a mixture. Only the quantity of the liquid which was left unbothered remains the same as before.

Initially 40L after deducting and adding also you have 40L which is in the ratio 9:7 which leads to milk 22.5 and water 17.5....so after adding 10L water is 17.5 before it was 7.5 and water was 32.5 which both on adding gives you again 40. Now milk is 37.5% of 40 that means 15 so obviously water is 25( because after deducting and adding X L also it is 40)... Now the ratio 9:7 became 3:5 which on equalling the milk part we get new ratio as 9:15 i.e difference 8 parts value is X total 16 parts. Value is 40 (9+7) so 8 parts value is 20.😊😊​@@muskanrani451
